Individual Therapy Sessions

Service Description

Therapy offers a safe and supportive environment in which we work together to explore past hurts, transgressions, trauma, and/or journey through self-exploration. Therapeutic homework assignments may be utilized to help maximize benefit, meet established goals and practice learning new skills to move towards healing and well-being. This service includes 50 minute sessions focused on your specific treatment goals. Supplemental therapy handouts will be provided as needed. At this time, all services will be offered virtually via Doxy.me, a HIPAA compliant electronic platform. Individual and Group therapy services are only available to those physically located in the state of Virginia.

Cancellation Policy

Individual Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for clients. A fee of $100 will be charged when you miss or cancel an individual appointment without giving 48 hours advance notice. We will waive this fee in the event of serious or contagious illness or extreme weather. Cancellation of speaking engagements and training will be outlined during the speaking contract.
